Class Descriptions
Hatha Flow
These thoughtfully sequenced classes blend alignment with a slower paced vinyasa flow. Breath, intention, props and posture breakdown are used to support a well-rounded and deeply satisfying practice. Pranayama, meditation and philosophy are often sprinkled in.
Nourishing Flow
Drawing from the traditional sources of Hatha Yoga, Bhakti Yoga and Odissi (classical Indian dance), this offers an authentic, artful, and deeply embodied Yoga practice. In these well-rounded classes, designed for all levels, you will have the opportunity to move, stretch, strengthen and balance your physical body, while rekindling your connection to your devotional heart and to the sacred within and without.
NIA
A powerful fusion of dance, martial arts and mindfulness practices. Nia is a holistic and sensation-based movement and wellness practice addressing each aspect of your life - body, mind, emotions and spirit. Using a system of 52 moves and soul stirring music, each Nia class brings a whole-body experience to find joy and leaves you energized, mentally clear and emotionally balanced.
Community Class
Taught by recent teacher training graduates, our community classes are by donation and open to practitioners of all levels. Your presence helps our teachers in training learn, grow, and practice.
Livestream Vinyasa
Our signature Vinyasa class led by instructor via Zoom. These classes are Livestream only and are filmed at Padma Studio.
