Purchase Policies

• Class Packs - Please make note of the expiration date of the pack/s you have purchased. We cannot respond to pack extensions. They are offered at a discount, meaning they must be used within the time frame policy. Packs are non-refundable. Please honor our small business and be respectful of our policies.

• Unlimited Memberships - can be frozen once per year. You must email us a request to freeze your membership at least one week before you intend to activate the freeze. We cannot freeze or cancel memberships after a charge has been processed.

• Monthly mini memberships - unused credits do not roll into the next month.

• You may cancel your membership by emailing the studio manager at info@padmastudiofairfax.com.

  Workshops/Special Events

  No refunds. No cancellations/credits for special events/workshops within 48 hours. Cancelations made via email more than 48 hours in advance, can be put towards a class pack/future workshop/event.

Yogi Manners

• Our studio is open 15 minutes before and after class.

• Please turn off your cell phone and/or smartwatch before entering the studio and refrain from use. In the studio space, we are offline. If you need to use your phone or watch, please go outside.

• Please arrive early and stay for the entirety of class.

• Please avoid strong scents.

• Mats are available to rent for $2.

Lost & Found

• We are not responsible for items left behind or lost at Padma

• Mats and other left-behind belongings will be stored no longer than one week before they are donated.
