Yoga is for Every Body

Padma Studio welcomes students of all levels to practice with us. If you are new to the practice, welcome! Our teachers are knowledgeable, considerate, and well-equipped to support you in learning yoga for the first time or returning to your mat after a long break or injury.

Padma Studio classes are all-levels! Our teachers will work with you to modify, prop, and adjust as needed to support the growth of your yoga practice.

Yoga Basics

Padma Studio’s Yoga Basics class offers students an alignment-focused understanding of standing postures, forward folds, back bends, and more. This transformational series will help newcomers build a solid foundation upon which to grow and transform their yoga practice.

While especially helpful for those trying yoga for the first time, this series can also help seasoned practitioners refine and strengthen their existing practice.

Getting Started

  • Gentle Flow

    A slow and relaxing practice, our Gente Flow class is a wonderful way to build strength and flexibility, connect with your body, and relax the mind. Taught by Maya Rose, Gentle Flow is naturally oriented towards the evolution of the breath and emotional body through radical acceptance and self-love.

  • Yin Yoga

    Yin Yoga classes consist of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. A quiet and contemplative practice, Yin is wonderful for building flexibility, deepening awareness of one’s body, and settling the mind.

Private Instruction

Private yoga sessions with an experienced yoga teacher can have a profound impact on your practice. One-on-one instruction will offer personalized feedback, hands-on assists, and modifications tailored to meet your body’s needs.
