RamDev Dale Borglum will guide participants in exploring the path of awakening using meditation, devotional practices, compassion practices, working with difficult emotions, tantra, and finally non-duality.
Having a clear practical overview of the whole path enables us to see where we are and what are the next steps. Many practitioners feel their practice is getting stale or that certain emotions are blocking a deeper surrender. By cultivating compassion for ourselves, we can once again connect with what is most important. Bringing a grounded and centered embodiment to mindfulness practice as a support for opening the heart and integrating the tantric understanding that all experience is sacred awakened energy will be emphasized.
