Embrace the seasonal shift with a deeply nourishing restorative yoga practice. As we welcome the start of autumn with equal hours of light and dark, this is a perfect opportunity to align with nature’s wisdom and create more balance in our own lives. By using props to support the body, we are able to slow down, release tension, quiet the mind, and cultivate equanimity.
All are welcome. Please bring an eye covering (sleep mask, scarf, etc), a yoga blanket, and a bolster if you have them, and make sure to dress comfortably. If possible, please no food 1-2 hours before class.
