Join us for a welcoming, joyful, and community-building 60-minute Baby + Me yoga class for new moms and their little ones (2 months - 2 years). We will flow through sequences of restorative and refreshing yoga asana practice (safe and comfortable for postpartum bodies), breathwork, and short guided meditations with our littles. The first 10-15 minutes will include community time to share stories and laughs with your fellow mamas. Moving together as a community with our babies, we will experience moments of joy in our postpartum bodies and feel the love and support offered by other mamas and babies.
This class is intended to support new moms and continue to build community. So come as you are - crying babies, sleeping babies, breastfeeding mamas, bottle-feeding mamas, caretakers supporting moms - all are welcome. All movement is designed to be safe for postpartum bodies bearing extra weight and can be modified in intensity level. Students are encouraged to take breaks and check in with their bodies and little ones throughout the class. Feeding and changing breaks are welcome. Please bring a blanket or lounger for your little one to rest on during class.

About Our Guiding Mama
Nicole Kelley is an entrepreneurial tech leader, turned mindful and people-first yogi, teacher, & leadership coach. Nicole has been practicing yoga since 2010 and has found yoga to be an incredible practice for expanding ourselves beyond the limitations of our rational minds and reconnecting with our hearts and spirits as a way to find our sense of purpose. She believes we can succeed as humans through fierce kindness rather than contention, and patient wisdom rather than grit. Nicole welcomed her first baby in June of 2024 and now leads Baby & Me yoga classes at Padma in addition to her training in vinyasa-style asana classes. Nicole has studied 500 hours under Lesley Desaulniers, Erika Trice, and Sri Ramana Erickson.
