The Sound Sorcery invite you to the new and beautiful Padma Studio in San Anselmo for a gentle sound immersion experience with sound healers Kelly Finn and Drew Burch. Guests lay down to absorb the gentle frequencies of singing bowls, chimes, and ocean drum, among a fleet of specialized instruments. Sound baths are a form of restorative yoga, an opportunity to re-tune the body to pure frequencies of the major chakras. Drift off and awaken among the stars.
This will be an intimate 90-minute restorative sound healing with guided meditation and community gathering to ease you through a dynamic soundscape gently, and into a deepened personal wellness journey.
Guests lay down and close their eyes to experience the soothing sound vibrations of reiki-infused Gongs, Singing Bowls, and Crystal Chimes, Harp (to name a few) as they surround you & guide you into a deep state of relaxation. Instruments are played while in-motion inches away from listeners, sending the sound vibrations deep into the body channels, opening blockages & allowing the mind to rest.
The somatic impact of sound on the body is undeniable, with lasting effects that improve emotional wellness and cognition. Linger in the serene spells after the session and make some new friends.
Please dress in layers, and bring anything you need to lay comfortably on the floor for an hour like a thermos of water, blankets, pillow, and camping mat (lightweight and provides more cushion than a yoga mat.)
