The pelvic floor is a mysterious part of the body that is very often ignored yet is one of the most powerful. The health and support of the pelvic floor can profoundly impact how we support ourselves in our yoga practice and prevent injury when we overcompensate with other body parts.
We will begin by exploring ways to access and engage the three layers of muscle of the pelvic floor and slowly apply it to our postures.
