Restorative yoga acts as a tonic for what ails us bringing the body and mind into a state of deep relaxation where true healing can occur. In this deeply restful workshop we will utilize well placed bolsters, blankets, blocks, and other supportive props to provide restoration for tired bodies and busy minds.
Pure sound and vibration enable us to easily relax and let go, allowing us to drop into a deeper state of tranquility, stillness and peace. Cindy will use Himalayan and Crystal bowls, planetary gongs, and other Sound Healing instruments to deepen the effects of Restorative practice.
All are welcome and no prior yoga experience is necessary. Please bring an eye pillow, scarf, or small towel. Space is limited and preregistration is strongly recommended.
