Each retreat morning will start with a two-hour yoga class led by Lesley. The Yoga Pavilions are open-air with breathtaking views of the ocean. Afternoons can be spent by the infinity pool, on private beaches, in surf lessons, or at the spa. Afternoon yoga workshops will feature restorative yoga, meditation, and asana labs that will bring steadiness and clarity to your practice. We will offer evening programs like a beach bonfire, sound baths, and kirtan on this special retreat. Don’t miss it.
Haramara is only a short distance from San Pancho and Sayulita where you may enjoy shopping and local fare or you may choose to spend your days on retreat center grounds receiving healing treatments at the spa, lounging on the private beaches or by the pool, and basking in abundant free time for rest and rejuvenation.
Cabanas are hand-built of all natural materials, complete with private baths, outdoor showers, and exceptional views of the ocean and jungle canopy. Delicious & healthy gourmet meals are made from only the freshest natural and local ingredients.

Lesley Desaulniers
Lesley Desaulniers is known for her energizing, soulful and inspiring classes.
Her gift for storytelling and passionate connection to music and art make each class a dynamic journey of sound, spirit and soul. She was trained in yoga under the expert guidance of Sharon Gannon and David Life of Jivamukti Yoga, and is one of Northern California's most in demand teachers.
Lesley has been studying yoga and meditation since 1996, taking her practice to New York, Russia, India and back. In her early twenties, Lesley was a resident at Ananda Ashram in upstate New York, where she intensively studied Sanskrit, meditation, philosophy, yoga, and chanting. She was later certified by master teachers Sharon Gannon and David Life and went on to teach at the Jivamukti Yoga Center in downtown Manhattan.
