The psoas muscle is a vital and often overlooked muscle in the yoga practice. The psoas connects the lumbar spine to the femurs, playing a crucial role in hip flexion stabilization and posture. We will explore many ways to lengthen, strengthen, and release the psoas leaving you feeling a deeper connection to it and empowered to continue to move through your practice safely and effectively.

This practice is for all levels.
