This workshop continues the last standing pose workshop.We will use what we learned and add more foundational standing poses. We will build on strengthening the lower body, improving balance, and increasing range of motion, and endurance through a focus of proper alignment.

Standing poses are truly the foundation for your asana practice. They give you the opportunity to strengthen and realign your legs and feet, create more healthy mobility in your hips, relieve lower back pain and strengthen your core. They are the gateway into more advanced postures.
We will build a foundation of alignment so you can feel strong and empowered on your legs and feet. Then, have some fun exploring different ways to build the standing poses.
I like to think of it as the best massage ever!
