Women have being gathering in support of one another for millennia. Coming together to offer ‘the flowers of your love’ is the intention of this yoga & sound workshop.

Nubia will combine devotional movements of the Bhakti tradition with traditional yogasanas. Sandra will combine songs of the heart with her healing sound bath. Together, they will open space for you to come, as you are, to offer ‘the flowers of your love’ in community and sacred space.
